At Busy Bee Tools, we stand behind the quality of our machinery and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all manuals and accessories to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team or visit your local Busy Bee Tools branch to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your tools and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
